When and where is the Multi-Sports Course?
Our Multi-Sports Course is taking place over three days; Tuesday 20th August, Wednesday 21st August and Thursday 22nd August. The course is taking place at Wilson’s School. The address is: Wilson’s School, Mollison Drive, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 9JW.
Who is the Multi-Sports Course for?
The course is available to children starting year 7 at Wilson’s School in September. There may also be some current year 7s on the course.
What time should children get to Wilson’s School?
He will need to arrive at 8:00 am on Tuesday 20th August, for registration. He should then arrive at school at 8:15 am on the Wednesday and Thursday of the course. The course will begin at 8:30 am and finish at 3:15 pm.
Can parents/carers watch the sessions?
Only the students will be allowed on the school site and so if parents are taking them too and from the course they will need to be dropped off.
What should children wear?
He should wear his black sports shorts and socks and yellow and black Wilson’s games top. He will also need indoor non-marking trainers and astro trainers for outdoor use. Should the weather be wet, he may need a change of clothes and this can be any appropriate sportswear. Pupils may also wish to travel to and from school in their Wilson’s tracksuit.
Do children need to bring food?
He should bring with him a packed lunch and water bottle. He can also bring a snack with him if he chooses.
What do children need on the Multi-Sports Course?
We provide all of the equipment needed for all the sports sessions we put on. We advise that money and valuables are not bought to the course.
Are your coaches DBS checked?
All of our coaches and teachers are fully DBS checked and all work in the sports department at Wilson’s School.
Do you have qualified first aiders on the Multi-Sports Course?
There is always at least one first aider at every Multi-Sports Course.
What happens if there is bad weather?
We have an excellent wet weather programme in place to keep all children inspired and engaged. The course will be on unless the weather presents a danger to the children.
